Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist in restocking inventory and replenishing supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Skills:
- Previous experience in bartending or the food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with food handling and safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures
