Join Firerock Lounge as a

Full-Time Bartender

and bring your passion for craft cocktails to one of Whistler's favourite cocktail lounges.


We're looking for a skilled, energetic bartender who delivers outstanding guest experiences, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to balance speed, accuracy, and hospitality. The ideal candidate has strong cocktail knowledge, great communication skills, attention to detail, and a natural ability to connect with guests. What You Bring to the Table



Proven bartending experience with strong cocktail knowledge and confident technical skills. Solid wine knowledge is a strong asset. A positive attitude and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. Exceptional customer service standards and the ability to stay composed under pressure. Clear, professional communication with both guests and team members. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. 19+ years old with valid Serving It Right certification. Previous hospitality experience is an asset, especially in cocktail-focused venues.

Your Days Will Look Like



Take beverage orders from servers or directly from guests. Mix and serve craft cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and guest preferences. Process payments and accurately record sales. Maintain and track bar inventory, restocking as needed. Keep the bar area clean and organized, including washing glassware. Follow all provincial/territorial liquor laws and regulations. Promote and sell Apres Passes and TAG experiences to guests. Perform closing duties, including cleaning, securing the bar, and ensuring all tasks are completed before leaving. Other duties as reasonably directed.
