Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mixologist/Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team in a vibrant restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting innovative cocktails, managing the bar area, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Duties

Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including signature cocktails, wines, and beers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and ensure satisfaction with their drink selections. Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service during peak hours.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is required; experience as a Mixologist is preferred. Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Provide a superior level of customer service in all guest interactions. Manage the bar opening and closing duties. Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks, wines & beer & Ensures consistent beverage preparation, presentation, and quality. Maintain positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the restaurant Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays Smart Serve Certificate required A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for customers.
