Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to recipes or customer preferences while maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and ensuring satisfaction. Operate the POS system efficiently, including Micros POS, for accurate order entry and payment processing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure the health and safety of guests. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service without compromising quality. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during food orders.

Skills

Proven experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Proficient in basic math for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with food safety standards and practices related to food handling. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours. Experience with cash handling and cashiering duties is a plus. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.
