Job Overview


We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service, a strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role involves serving drinks, managing POS systems, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons. Experience in the food industry and hospitality is preferred, along with excellent time management skills and a focus on food safety standards.

Duties



Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards Use POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry, billing, and cash handling Take customer orders accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling protocols Manage cash transactions accurately, including cashiering responsibilities Ensure responsible serving by monitoring guest alcohol consumption and adhering to legal requirements Restock bar supplies as needed and assist in inventory management Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service flow Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards within the food industry

Qualifications



Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality excellence Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating bills Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Must be personable, approachable, and able to create a positive guest experience Must be at least 21 years old (or age appropriate per local regulations)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 25 per week
