Responsibilities
Craft innovative and high-quality cocktails and beverages that align with Social Corner's exceptional standards
Provide outstanding guest service, offering expert recommendations on drink selections and pairings
Maintain accurate bar inventory and manage timely reordering of supplies.
Ensure the bar is immaculate, organised, and adheres to all health and safety regulations.
Process transactions efficiently while identifying opportunities to optimise revenue.
Act on guest feedback to elevate satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, seamless service during peak hours.
Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment to enhance the overall guest experience.
Assist in training new bar staff, sharing expertise to uphold the highest standards of service.
Demonstrate adaptability and positivity in a dynamic, high-pressure setting.
Represent Social Corner's values with professionalism and a customer-focused mindset.
Requirements
At least 2 years of bartending experience in hospitality.
Passion for creating distinctive and memorable beverages.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
Valid Serving It Right and Food Safe certification.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanour.
Commitment to teamwork and collaboration to ensure seamless service delivery.
