Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and food service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that all patrons have an enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handling cash and credit card payments efficiently. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about the drink menu. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service and compliance with local laws. Assist in managing inventory by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages to management. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Uphold health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Knowledge of food handling practices in accordance with health regulations. Basic math skills for calculating bills and managing cash flow. Familiarity with food service operations within the food industry. Excellent time management abilities to handle busy shifts efficiently. Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and payment handling. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: From $17.40 per hour
