Thank you for your interest in working with us! We're thrilled to be opening a new location in Chinatown this summer (expected in July) and are looking for passionate team members to help create an unforgettable Japanese vegan dining experience for guests from near and far.

Your domain? Nihonshu (Japanese Sake). While we don't do much cocktail shaking, you'll be an integral part of the flow between the Omakase counter, dining floor, and bar area. From pairing sake with dishes to keeping the energy of the space alive, you'll bring both knowledge and warmth to our guests' experience. A love for Japanese beverages and a knack for smooth service will make you shine in this role.

Required or Desired Skills:

?Previous experience as a bartender is required
?Serving It Right (SIR) certification is required
?Food Safe Level 1 certification is an asset

Compensation:

?Competitive hourly wage based on experience and skills, plus tips

Contract Type:

Full-time (30-40 hours a week) / Part-time (Less than 29 hours a week)

Expected Working Hours:

Wednesday to Sunday, between 3:30 PM and 10 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
