Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and expertly mixing drinks. This role involves engaging with guests, serving beverages responsibly, and ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, along with strong multitasking skills and a focus on food safety and responsible alcohol serving.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Manage POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and billing using Micros POS or similar platforms Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Monitor guest consumption to ensure responsible alcohol service Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with opening and closing procedures Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including cashiering duties Assist in food service when required, including serving food items to guests Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and beverage service

Skills

Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms Prior restaurant or food industry experience preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol serving practices Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating tabs Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation Knowledge of food handling procedures and hospitality best practices

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
