Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and efficient

Bartender

to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a strong knowledge of beverage preparation, and experience in food and drink service. As a key member of our establishment, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for guests while ensuring accurate order taking and responsible alcohol service. This role requires excellent time management, cash handling skills, and familiarity with POS systems to deliver a seamless experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Use POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry, billing, and cash handling accurately. Ensure compliance with food safety and food handling regulations to maintain cleanliness and safety standards. Manage cash transactions efficiently, including processing payments and giving correct change. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, glassware, utensils, and bar equipment throughout the shift. Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during busy hours. Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure timely service delivery.

Experience

Previous experience in restaurant or food industry settings is preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles. Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and creating positive guest interactions. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Basic math skills for cash handling, bill splitting, and inventory management. Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining high-quality service standards. Compensation:

$17.60 + Gratuities

Smart Serve required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$21.00 per hour
