Responsibilities
Serve high volumes of mixed drinks, shots, bottled beer, and basic rail pours quickly and accurately Handle cash & POS transactions efficiently during rushes Maintain a clean and stocked bar (ice, garnishes, cans, glassware, napkins, etc.) ID guests and follow all liquor laws + house policies Provide friendly, confident service while keeping the line moving Communicate with security, barbacks, and team members to keep the bar running smoothly Close and restock bar at end of shift
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year bartending experience in clubs, festivals, or high-volume bars Fast hands, strong multitasking, and calm under pressure Familiar with basic mixed drinks (no craft cocktails required) Able to handle 200+ transactions per night Strong cash handling + POS skills Team player with good attitude Available weekends + late nights (2-4am closes) Smart Serve or equivalent required
