Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong background in the food and beverage industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests by providing outstanding customer service, crafting delicious drinks, and ensuring a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized Engage with customers, providing excellent service and building rapport to enhance their experience Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and basic math calculations Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures and customer service standards

Requirements

Previous restaurant or bartending experience preferred, with knowledge of Micros POS systems being a plus Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour
