We're looking for a passionate bartender to join our team and contribute to the lively, welcoming vibe of the Tavern.

Position Overview:

We're currently looking for a bartender with a minimum of 2 years of experience who's passionate about hospitality and eager to continue learning. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to grow their skills with guidance from a supportive and experienced bar team.

As a bartender at The Berczy Tavern, you'll be at the heart of our bar experience, crafting classic and modern cocktails, curating an exceptional drink menu, and ensuring our guests have a memorable time. You'll also collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver top-tier service that matches the energy of our venue.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including classic and signature cocktails, beer, and wine Maintain a clean and organized bar area Engage with guests, offering recommendations and providing outstanding customer service Assist with bar setup, restocking, and daily operations Participate in testing and developing seasonal cocktail offerings Follow all alcohol service regulations and safety guidelines Handle payment transactions and operate the point-of-sale system

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer Friendly, reliable, and a strong team player Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences Smart Serve certification required Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
