With your team up top, your entire summer season will be filled with unpretentious fun working in a dynamic, high volume venue.We are looking for energetic, fun and enthusiastic Bartenders who share our passion for great food, entertainment and creating memorable experiences for our guests.RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet guests in a friendly and timely manner Follow Steps of Service to ensure consistent experience Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for customers Restock and replenish bar inventory as needed Strong knowledge of food and beverage menu offerings including common allergens Comfortable with making menu suggestions and up-selling menu items based on the guests needs Inform guests of any food or drink specials or special events that may be happening Comply with food and beverage regulations Bus tables and contribute to the sanitation and cleanliness of our venues Communicate effectively with Front of House and Back of House Enjoy working in a team environment Ability to manage guests at the bar and large group bookings Maintain a clean and safe working area Empowered to make decisions and handle guest recovery in a fast-paced environment Accurately input orders through POS system in a timely manner while managing guests tabs Creating positive shareable experiences and memories for people Other duties as assignedMUST HAVES: Smart Serve Certificate required 2+ years bartending experience required Exceptional service skills Effectively communicate orally and in writing A passion and commitment to quality guest service and attention to detail Ability to work calmly and effectively under varying degrees of busyness Meet productivity standards and complete work using time efficiently Able to work on the weekends and holidays, including late nights and into the wee hours of the morningWe thank all applicants for their interest in this opportunity, however only those selected for an interview will be contacted.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
