We are looking for energetic, fun and enthusiastic Bartenders who share our passion for great food, entertainment and creating memorable experiences for our guests. RESPONSIBILITIES: \xe2\x97\x8f Greet guests in a friendly and timely manner \xe2\x97\x8f Follow Steps of Service to ensure consistent experience \xe2\x97\x8f Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for customers \xe2\x97\x8f Restock and replenish bar inventory as needed \xe2\x97\x8f Strong knowledge of food and beverage menu offerings including common allergens \xe2\x97\x8f Comfortable with making menu suggestions and up-selling menu items based on the guests\xe2\x80\x99 needs \xe2\x97\x8f Inform guests of any food or drink specials or special events that may be happening \xe2\x97\x8f Comply with food and beverage regulations \xe2\x97\x8f Bus tables and contribute to the sanitation and cleanliness of our venues \xe2\x97\x8f Communicate effectively with Front of House and Back of House \xe2\x97\x8f Enjoy working in a team environment \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to manage guests at the bar and large group bookings \xe2\x97\x8f Maintain a clean and safe working area \xe2\x97\x8f Empowered to make decisions and handle guest recovery in a fast-paced environment \xe2\x97\x8f Accurately input orders through POS system in a timely manner while managing guests\xe2\x80\x99 tabs \xe2\x97\x8f Creating positive shareable experiences and memories for people \xe2\x97\x8f Other duties as assigned MUST HAVES: \xe2\x97\x8f Smart Serve Certificate required \xe2\x97\x8f 2+ years bartending experience required \xe2\x97\x8f Exceptional service skills \xe2\x97\x8f Effectively communicate orally and in writing \xe2\x97\x8f A passion and commitment to quality guest service and attention to detail \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to work calmly and effectively under varying degrees of busyness \xe2\x97\x8f Meet productivity standards and complete work using time efficiently \xe2\x97\x8f Able to work on the weekends and holidays, including late nights and into the wee hours of the morning We thank all applicants for their interest in this opportunity, however only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
