Looking for a person to grow and be a part of the experience that is Sterlings Bartender: - providing service bar for wait staff - building cocktails as specified by management, ensuring consistency and care is put into ever product created on the bar - nightly inventory of bar stock - preparation of all ancillary bar products (lemons, limes, garnish development, juices etc) - serving "bar section tables", providing table service during "bar hours" from 9:00pm to 11:00pm until government regulations change - working with management on cocktail and wine programs, opportunity to develop signature cocktails and have ownership of the bar program - maintaining cleanliness of bar area - responsible for closing "supervisor" duties, supervising wait staff of 4+ and ensuring all closing duties have been completed - balancing bar float at the end of each night Full-time, year-round employment.
