Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and confident Female Bartender with strong customer service skills and a pleasing personality. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of beverage preparation and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced bar environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Create cocktails as per standard recipes. Greet customers and ensure excellent guest experiences. Maintain bar counters, glassware, and stock. Manage cash, POS transactions, and bills accurately. Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service. Coordinate with servers, kitchen staff, and management. Maintain cleanliness and adhere to all safety & licensing regulations.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender. Relevant diploma in Hospitality/Beverage Service preferred. Strong product knowledge (spirits, cocktails, wine, beer). Pleasant personality and strong communication skills. Must possess or be willing to obtain Serving It Right certification. Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
