Job Description

We are looking for a great person to join our Luisa Risto Team! If you love food and people this might be the position for you!

This is a part time position that involves varying evening & weekend shift. The restaurant is located in St Albert's downtown core.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Assist guests with their orders Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages Discuss menu options Deliver food & beverage to guests Manage the needs and orders of multiple tables Resolve complaints in a timely and courteous manner Clean tables and prepare for future guests Take and process payments Maintain excellent customer service and friendly attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc. Work closely with the kitchen staff and fellow servers optimizing communication to ensure efficient operations Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
Qualifications:

Proserve Required Must be 18+ years of age Previous service experience preferred Ability to legally work in Canada without an LMO Demonstrated excellent customer service skills Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly verbal Demonstrated strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail Position requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lbs
