• SIRS ( SERVE IT RIGHT SASKETCHEWAN) REQUIRED.
• Previous serving experience at a highly competent level is required.
• Basic technical bartending knowledge including standard cocktails and highballs.
• Drink Preparation: Mixing and serving a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits, according to customer preferences and standard recipes. This includes using appropriate glassware, garnishes, and ingredients.
• Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by greeting patrons, taking orders, and engaging in friendly conversation.
• Cash Handling: Processing payments accurately, operating a cash register, and managing cash transactions.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring and managing bar inventory, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies.
• Bar Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including cleaning glasses, utensils, and equipment.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhering to local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to serving alcohol.
• Problem Solving: Handling customer complaints or difficult situations professionally and resolving issues to maintain a positive atmosphere.
