We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and providing exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and equipment. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly. Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, processing payments efficiently. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Experience

Previous experience in bartending or the food service industry is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a hospitality setting. Experience in cash handling and familiarity with point-of-sale systems is beneficial. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well under pressure are key attributes for success in this role.

Pay: $15.30-$18.48 per hour

Expected hours: 19 - 40 per week
