Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent hospitality, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction. Operate the POS system efficiently for order entry and payment processing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines in the preparation and serving of food and beverages.

Skills

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of the food industry. Proficiency in using Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Pay: From $17.50 per hour
