Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service while crafting delicious beverages in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction with their drinks. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, including processing payments and managing tabs. Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure the health and safety of all patrons. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures and customer service standards.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred. Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and beverage pairings. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with cashiering responsibilities and experience using POS systems is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be at least 21 years of age as per legal requirements for serving alcohol. Certification in food safety or handling is an advantage but not mandatory.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
