Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages while maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Maintain knowledge of food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health standards. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for order processing and cash handling. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels. Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service for food and drink orders.

Experience

Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, particularly in bartending roles. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential. Proficiency in using POS systems for order entry and cash handling is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements. Food handling certification is beneficial but not required; training may be provided.
