We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team in a vibrant restaurant environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while adhering to food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring an enjoyable experience. Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handling cash and credit card payments. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed. Comply with all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to serve customers promptly.

Skills

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred. Knowledge of bartending techniques and cocktail recipes is essential. Strong understanding of food safety practices to maintain a safe environment. Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and payment handling. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management. A genuine desire to help others and provide outstanding hospitality. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive guest interactions.
