Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Maintain an organized bar area, ensuring cleanliness and proper inventory levels. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly. Operate the POS system (Micros POS preferred) for order processing and cash handling. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices. Assist in training new staff on bar procedures and customer service standards. Manage time effectively to handle busy periods while maintaining quality service. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.

Skills

Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, particularly in a bartending or food service role. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. A passion for hospitality and creating enjoyable experiences for customers.
