Witchcraft Beer Market & Bistro is looking for a motivated and personable bartender to join our team! This role involves crafting excellent drinks, providing top-notch service, and maintaining a well-organized and efficient bar environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks, according to recipes and standards. Deliver exceptional customer service to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked during and after service. Assist with organizing and restocking the keg fridge as part of your duties. This may involve moving and lifting kegs safely (up to 125 lbs) when necessary. Follow all liquor laws and company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.

Qualifications:

Prior bartending experience preferred but not required. Serving It Right certification (mandatory). Physically capable of handling job duties, including moving and lifting 125lb kegs. Strong communication and customer service skills. Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
