What You'll Do
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
Provide a welcoming, friendly, and professional experience for all guests
Monitor and maintain responsible alcohol service in compliance with Smart Serve guidelines
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately (Square)* Assist with event setup, closing duties, and occasional table service when needed
Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service flow during events
Who We're Looking For
Experience:
1-2 years bartending experience preferred (event or banquet bartending an asset)
Certification:
Smart Serve required before first shift
Skills:
Strong time management in high-volume, fast-paced environments
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of drink recipes, garnishing, and bar best practices
Ability to stay calm and efficient during peak service times
Personality:
Friendly, professional, team-oriented, and able to adapt quickly to changing event needs
Requirements
Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedule
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-50 lbs
Reliable transportation to and from the club
