Position: Bartender (Service Wine Bar & Cocktail Program)

We are seeking bartenders who excel in wine service, luxury cocktail execution, and high-performance service-well operations. This is not a guest-facing cocktail bar--this is a service wine bar, focused on production, timing, and excellence in every single pour.

You'll execute cocktails for the entire dining room, manage wine service in partnership with servers, maintain impeccable prep standards, and uphold the elevated brand experience Azhadi Vineyards is known for.

What You'll Do

Wine Service

Execute wine service for the entire dining room

Support servers with bottle service and table-side wine etiquette

Maintain deep knowledge of wine profiles, pairings, and storytelling

Represent Persian culinary and wine culture through informed, warm hospitality

Cocktail Execution & Service-Well Operations

Produce all cocktails for the dining room with precision

Maintain speed and consistency during peak service periods

Work efficiently in a service bar environment, not a guest-facing bar

Execute balanced, technically accurate cocktails aligned with luxury standards

Prep, Pre-Batching & Bar Maintenance

Complete all bar prep, juicing, and ingredient production

Pre-batch cocktails with accuracy and proper shelf-life management

Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and readiness for service

Restock and rotate ingredients to maintain quality and freshness

Inventory & Controls

Follow bar inventory procedures with accuracy

Track, report, and reduce waste proactively

Maintain consistent measurement, pouring, and standardized builds

What You Bring

2+ years bartending experience in premium environments

Strong knowledge of wine and cocktail technique

Ability to balance speed, consistency, and luxury execution

Excellent communication skills with servers and leadership

A calm, positive presence during high-pressure peak periods

Respect for culture, ingredients, and guest experience

Commitment to teamwork, reliability, and accountability
