We are looking for professional, high-energy Bartenders to join our team at Keltic Lodge. The ideal candidate will provide an exceptional guest experience by crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining an engaging atmosphere, and upholding our standards of excellence. You will be the face of our bar service, requiring a blend of mixology expertise and refined interpersonal skills. Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (cocktails, wine, craft beer, and specialty coffees) according to standard recipes and resort specifications. Greet guests promptly and warmly, provide detailed knowledge of our drink and food menus, and offer personalized recommendations. Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods Fulfill drink orders for the dining room servers accurately and efficiently to ensure a seamless guest experience across the property. Prepare checks in point-of-sale system Manage the Point of Sale (POS) system, process payments, and maintain an accurate cash drawer. Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area at all times. Perform opening and closing duties, including inventory counts and restocking supplies. Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner Keep immediate supervisor fully informed of all problems or matters requiring his or her attention Ensure compliance with all local liquor laws, and health & sanitation regulations Accurately complete daily cash out report Complying with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and GolfNorth Health & Safety program.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced or upscale hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer. Ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor. Excellent communication and "people" skills. Positive Individual who is teamwork-oriented and committed to working in a fun fast paced environment Smart Serve Certification Minimum 18 years of age

Language Requirements:

Fluency in English

(written and verbal) is required for all positions to ensure effective communication across the resort.

Proficiency in French

or other languages (e.g., German, Spanish, Mandarin) is considered a

significant asset

for customer-facing roles.

Working Conditions:

Bending, balance, lifting (up to 30 lbs.), extended periods of standing
