Position Overview
The Bartender is a polished professional, responsible for crafting beverages that complement the Italian-inspired, contemporary menu while delivering seamless, anticipatory service. This role requires mastery of technique, refined presence, and an elevated understanding of wine, spirits, and mixology, ensuring every guest interaction at the bar is both memorable and sophisticated.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present cocktails, wine, and other beverages with precision, consistency, and artistry.
Curate Italian-inspired and contemporary cocktails that align with seasonal menus and the restaurant's culinary philosophy.
Engage guests with refined hospitality, guiding them through the beverage program with knowledge and poise.
Maintain meticulous mise en place, organization, and cleanliness of the bar station.
Collaborate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless guest experience and beverage pacing.
Assist with inventory management, product knowledge training, and the development of new cocktails or seasonal offerings.
Uphold strict adherence to health, safety, and service standards at all times.
Deliver an anticipatory, unobtrusive, and polished experience during high-volume service.
Qualifications
Prior experience in fine dining, Italian-inspired, or elevated cocktail programs preferred.
Advanced knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and beverage pairings.
Polished, professional presence with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to remain precise and composed under high-pressure, high-volume service.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
