Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. Join our team at Au Liban Lebanese Restaurant, a vibrant Lebanese restaurant in Halifax, where we celebrate the rich flavors and traditions of Lebanese cuisine. We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic bartender to enhance our guests' dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for bartending and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, wines, and Lebanese specialty drinks. Maintain a clean and organized bar area. Ensure consistent quality in drink preparation and presentation. Interact with guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Take orders, serve food and beverages, and manage transactions accurately. Keep up-to-date with bar inventory and restock supplies as needed. Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies.

Qualifications:

Previous bartending experience is preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be of legal drinking age.
