Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic greater/server/bartender to operate tasting bar at distillery in Lunenburg, N.S. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beverage industry, providing exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Must have a pleasant and upbeat personality. We offer flexible hours. The Ideal candidate would be looking for part time work and or a retired individual looking for something to do. Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and other supplies; restock as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Address customer inquiries or concerns in a professional manner.

Requirements

Previous experience bartending preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for processing payments and managing tabs. Ability to work flexible hours, including some nights when we have a band, weekends, and holidays as needed. A friendly demeanor with a passion for the hospitality industry.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.70 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week

Lunenburg, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
