Job Description
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages based on customer requests. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and build rapport. Take and process orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and speed. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the bar and surrounding areas. Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed. Check identification to verify age eligibility for alcohol consumption. Handle cash and process payments accurately, ensuring a balanced cash register.
Requirements
Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role within a hospitality environment. Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Ability to handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
