Marble Mountain Resort is looking for a friendly, energetic, and experienced individual to join our Food & Beverage team as a

Full-Time Bartender

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely manner Engage with guests in a positive and professional manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service Handle cash, operate POS systems, and process transactions accurately Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed Support the setup and closing duties for events and daily service Follow all health, safety, and liquor service regulations

Qualifications:

Must be 19 years of age or older (due to alcohol service regulations) Previous bartending experience required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, and stand for long periods Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
