ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Bartender in Call Me Back, you will assist the Mixologist in delivering an engaging cocktail experience. You will participate in preparing and executing a unique cocktail menu that combines classic and innovative recipes. Focused on developing your mixology skills, you will provide attentive service to enhance the guest experience. Additionally, you will help maintain the Speakeasy ambiance by keeping the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked, while actively engaging with guests to create a welcoming environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the Mixologist in exploring new flavors and techniques to create signature cocktails. Deliver friendly and attentive service to guests, ensuring a positive experience. Observe and learn various mixology techniques and flavor combinations to enhance your skills. Engage with guests to gather feedback on their preferences and provide recommendations. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area throughout your shift. Contribute to a supportive team environment by assisting colleagues during busy periods. Collaborate with the Mixologist to help plan and execute promotional events and special occasions as needed. Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying the Mixologist of low stock levels.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Strong understanding of cocktail recipes and preparation techniques. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage with guests effectively. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and support colleagues. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining the bar area. Eagerness to learn and develop mixology skills and knowledge of spirits and cocktail ingredients. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends. Understanding of industry trends and a demonstrated adaptability to new techniques. Openness to feedback and desire for continuous improvement in service and skills. Keen eyesight for measuring ingredients, reading labels, and ensuring the quality and presentation of beverages.
