---------Arrange the bar area to make attractive displays Clean bar area and wash glassware Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer and non-alcoholic beverages Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons Knowledge of licensing regulations
