Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team in a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and food handling, with experience in fine dining or nightclub settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Utilize Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and payment transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders accurately and efficiently. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service. Handle cash transactions responsibly, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of beverages and supplies. Collaborate with kitchen staff to support catering events and banquets as needed. Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes to enhance guest experiences.

Requirements

Proven experience in bartending or food service within a restaurant or nightclub environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is advantageous. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations related to alcohol service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours. Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus, along with retail math knowledge related to the food industry.
