Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. at the Bizarre Gastro Pub. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest has an enjoyable experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and providing exceptional hospitality to our patrons.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies; assist in ordering as needed. Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to ensure the health and safety of guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes to provide informed recommendations to guests.

Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the food industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and ability to engage with diverse clientele. Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing is advantageous. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: Up to $15.00 per hour
