Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with company standards. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service. Use POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently, demonstrating strong time management skills. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations. Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management. Ensure compliance with all food handling, safety regulations, and responsible alcohol service policies. Collaborate with team members to create a positive environment that encourages guest satisfaction.

Skills

Proven experience in restaurant or food industry settings, particularly in serving or bartending roles. Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS and cash handling procedures. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Basic math skills for cash transactions and making change accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Hospitality-oriented mindset with a friendly personality that enhances guest experience. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$33.14 per hour
