We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain food safety standards will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management. Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service standards.

Requirements

Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements. Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests. Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
