Overview

We are looking for an energetic and skilled

Bartender

to join our Taj Mahal Heritage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), creating Indian-inspired cocktails, and providing exceptional guest service. A strong understanding of mixology, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality are essential.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Create and recommend Indian-inspired cocktails and mocktails. Greet and serve guests with professionalism and warmth. Maintain bar cleanliness and hygiene standards. Restock and manage bar inventory efficiently. Follow all safety and alcohol service regulations. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff for smooth service.

Requirement

Previous experience as a bartender or mixologist (Indian restaurant experience preferred), 2 years experience required Knowledge of Indian beverages, spirits, and flavor profiles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must be of legal drinking age and have necessary local serving certifications (e.g., Smart Serve in Canada). Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What We're Looking For

Knowledge of Indian flavors or willingness to learn. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Diploma or degree in

Hospitality, Bartending, or a related field

preferred. Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.70-$27.20 per hour
