We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service, a strong knowledge of beverage preparation, and experience in fast-paced food and beverage environments. This role involves creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, managing bar operations efficiently, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. A background in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food service settings is preferred to provide an elevated experience for our clientele.
Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately using various POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures.
Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations, including proper food handling and responsible serving practices.
Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to sanitation standards during food and beverage preparation.
Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclubs as required, providing seamless service in various hospitality settings.
Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours.
Support team members in delivering a memorable experience that encourages repeat business.
Experience
Previous experience in food industry roles such as restaurant, retail math, or hospitality is highly desirable.
Experience working in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is a plus.
Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred.
Knowledge of brewing processes and beverage preparation techniques is advantageous.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism.
Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and retail math calculations are essential.
Prior experience in food handling, serving, catering, or food safety standards will contribute to success in this role.
