Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing bar operations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your ability to multitask and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization will be essential in delivering an outstanding experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Engage with customers, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with ordering when necessary. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable.

Skills

Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in processing transactions. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere. Experience in the food industry, particularly in food handling and safety practices. Effective time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements. Knowledge of food safety regulations to ensure compliance in all operations. A background in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems for processing orders and payments.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
