Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
Use POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and cashiering duties
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking and adherence to legal regulations
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours
Follow all food handling procedures and safety protocols to uphold hygiene standards
Requirements
Previous experience in restaurant or food industry settings preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for cashiering, making change, and calculating bills accurately
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol according to local regulations
Hospitality experience is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of the food service industry
