Bartender - Barman/Barmaid

Playground is an internationally renowned gaming destination located a short 15-minute drive south of downtown Montreal, within the Mohawk territory of Kahnawake. We are currently expanding, unveiling new gaming floors, a luxurious hotel, and specialized dining options.

Position Overview:

As a Bartender, your role is to provide outstanding service, ensuring utmost customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include mastering our drink menu, crafting both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, processing payments, and efficiently managing bar inventory. Maintaining a clean and well-organized bar area and accurately balancing cash at the end of each shift are essential aspects of your role.

Responsibilities:

Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction. Have detailed knowledge of all drinking menu items. Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages. Collect and process payments. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. Maintain the bar area stocked, clean and organized. Balance your cash at the end of each shift.

Requirements:

Must be bilingual (English and French) and 18 years or older. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work on your feet for the duration of the shift. Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays. Previous working experience as a Bartender/ Barmaid is required.

Responsabilites:

Offrir un service de qualite superieure et maximiser la satisfaction de la clientele. Avoir une connaissance detaillee de tous les elements du menu a boire. Preparez des boissons alcoolisees ou non alcoolisees. Collecter et traiter les paiements. Reapprovisionner et reapprovisionner l'inventaire et les fournitures du bar. Maintenez la zone du bar bien approvisionnee, propre et organisee. Equilibrez votre argent a la fin de chaque quart de travail.

Exigences:

Doit etre bilingue (francais et anglais) et age de 18 ans ou plus. Excellentes competences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles. Doit etre capable de travailler sur vos pieds pendant la duree du quart de travail. Capacite a effectuer plusieurs taches et a rester calme et professionnel dans un environnement au rythme rapide. Flexibilite pour travailler divers quarts de travail, y compris les week-ends, les soirs et les jours feries. Une experience professionnelle anterieure en tant que Barman/ Barmaid est requise.
