Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders and Servers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender and Servers, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving beverages, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards while delivering an outstanding experience to our guests. Also offering benefits after 6 months of opening day for all employees. 50/50

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Manage the bar area efficiently, including maintaining cleanliness and organization. Utilize POS systems, such as Toast POS, for order processing and cash handling. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. Maintain inventory of bar supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle peak hours effectively while maintaining quality service.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Toast POS, is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude within the hospitality industry.
