We are seeking a friendly and attentive Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately according to standard recipes and customer preferences
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
Operate POS systems efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Manage multiple orders simultaneously while ensuring timely service
Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible alcohol service and prevent over-intoxication
Restock bar supplies as needed, including beverages, garnishes, and glassware
Follow all food safety regulations related to food handling and beverage preparation
Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during shifts
Qualifications
Previous experience in restaurant or food service environments preferred, especially in bartending roles
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling tasks
Ability to serve alcohol responsibly while maintaining a welcoming environment
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
