We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a strong knowledge of beverage preparation, and experience in food and beverage operations. Previous restaurant experience is preferred, along with a solid understanding of food handling and cash handling procedures.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with established recipes and standards Take orders accurately using POS systems like Micros POS, ensuring efficient service Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about drinks, and creating a welcoming atmosphere Restock bar supplies as needed, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal regulations Assist in setting up for events or special promotions as required Follow all food safety protocols related to food handling and beverage preparation

Experience

Previous experience working as a bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms Knowledge of the food industry standards related to food safety and responsible alcohol service Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest interactions professionally Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating drink recipes Experience in serving food and beverages efficiently within fast-paced environments Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service standards
