We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while providing exceptional service. You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and taking drink orders promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages as needed. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests.

Skills

Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in bartending or food service roles. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy periods. Basic math proficiency for calculating tabs and making change. Knowledge of bartending techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings. Familiarity with food safety standards to maintain hygiene in the bar area. Exceptional customer service skills to create positive guest experiences. Experience with POS systems for processing transactions efficiently.
