Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system while ensuring proper cash handling procedures. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages to management. Follow food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene in food service practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests. Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and payment handling. Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
