We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons. Your role is crucial in maintaining the vibrant atmosphere of our establishment while adhering to food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure the bar is well-stocked. Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service during busy periods.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Previous experience in the full service restaurant is required. Excellent time management abilities to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours. Knowledge of bartending techniques and beverage preparation is highly desirable. Familiarity with food safety practices to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
